MENTAL HEALTH LITERACY MATERIALS
MENTAL HEALTH LITERACY includes educational materials to increase mental health awareness and literacy in DC athletes and stakeholders in the form of a mental health literacy workshop and a handbook with clear instructions for dual career support providers.
In order to broaden the reach and impact of the mental health literacy materials, an online mental health quiz was also developed. The quiz is available in two formats: in the Dual Career Tools platform and via Qualtrics.
