The online environment www.dualcareertools.com is online! The website hosts 3 self-assessment, online tools for athletes & dual career support providers to assist them in evaluating and optimizing their competencies required for:
- a successful dual career in sport and education (active athletes)
- a successful transition into a new professional career (active & former athletes)
- providing quality support to athletes in a dual career (DC support providers).
Each of these self-assessments will only take 10 minutes. Users will receive a personalized report at the end. Additionally, users will have the option to let others assess their competencies (e.g. coaches can evaluate their athletes; dual career support providers can be assessed by their employers etc.).
