1. From Seeds to a Forest: Cultivating Mental Health Together

Centre d'Alt Rendiment de Sant Cugat Barcelona; and Universitat Autonòma de Barcelona. This workshop explores mental health as a holistic state, integrating both well-being and mental illness. Together, we will examine risk and protective factors and debunk common mental health myths. Participants will reflect on how to support and care for mental health collectively in daily life, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and community.

2. How to detect and react to signs of psychological distress?

INSEP, France. In this workshop, you will brainstorm and learn some of the tips you can use as an entourage member to detect that an athlete is in psychological distress. Some practical cases will be discussed, and your skills will be challenged.

3. Self-Care for Entourage members

Swedish Sport Confederation. In this workshop, there will be increased attention for entourage members’ own stressors. We will work with values and self-compassion strageties to promote own mental health, as well as discuss how we can pritorize self-care in high-performance sport in the future.
